What's my customer code?
A customer code is a code created and used by Naxos to identify you in its computerised system. It is not a code chosen by you.

I can't remember my customer code, what should I do?
If you had already been assigned a customer code by Naxos and cannot remember it, ask for your customer code to be resent to you by mailing marketing@fincibec.it, specifying your correct details and asking to be resent your customer code.

I don't have a customer code yet, can I register anyway?
If you are not a Naxos customer or don't have a customer code yet, mail marketing@fincibec.it specifying that you wish to be added to the company's database. Naxos staff will contact you as soon as possible.
